Knowledgeable and Friendly

Today I called your store after feeling a bit overwhelmed about what type of hand truck to buy for my husband to carry kegs up to our fourth floor walk up. I was lucky enough to get Shawn on the phone. I just have to let you know that he was sooooooo helpful and nice - it was such a pleasure to get someone knowledgeable and friendly on the phone when calling a company. He walked me through every step of what I needed to get in order to build the right hand truck. I just wanted to say thank you and let you know that you're lucky to have someone like him representing your organization.
